Noto before earthquake of 1693 Noto City and Palazzolo Acreide

This Sicilian tour is to imagine and learn about the life of a commercial city like Noto before the earthquake of 1693.

We will walk along the ruins of Noto Antica visiting the ancient castle of the Prince, the palaces of the noble families, the Monastery of Gesuits, and the caves used as tanneries, limestone and charcoal kilns, fulling mills. Here were the Arabs, the Normans, the Spanish.

The walking is easy and can adapted to different levels. Minimum duration 1.15 hours.
