Knowledge learnt from the past and well preserved is revealed in every glass of wine that embodies the Sun, the Moon, the Sea of Aeolus, offering us the perfect Aeolian gastronomic tour.

SALINA WINE&FOOD EXPERIENCE

Walking along its landscape, vineyards, fields and breathing its air surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, is the perfect way to get ready to enjoy Salina and its wines and food specialties. Siccagno tomatoes both fresh and sun-dried, capers and cucunci, cheeses, sweet and savory preserves pane cunzato made with barley flour, and much more are waiting for you. Hosted in wineries, private gardens or farms while listening to the narration of hosts and cooks that live in Sicily and here they grow the land, prepare food, love people and their job.

This experience is available from April to October upon reservation.
